The project participated in a competition from the Anemasse city. It’s located in front of the main train station, in a future big square.
The atelier, is willing to create a vertical and frontal building, like a signal at the train exit.
The public space should climb vertically the hotel trough 4 superposed spaces.
These spaces should be transparent and green and connected by an elliptical stair. The for areas would be the common hotel spaces: Business corner, fitness, library and a rooftop bar.
The hotel should be animated during the day and the night and could be a new place to gather the Anemasse citizens.
The big gardens are connected with the bedrooms, by a long corridor, in order to avoid an overwhelming perspective, the bedrooms entrance has a small hall.
The bedrooms,105 units, have comfortable areas from 20m² until 27m² and 36m² for two of them. These characteristics allow the hotel to became a 4 stars hotel.
The bedrooms at the 1st floor have a terrasse turned to the Docteur Baud street, as the ones in the 7th floor to the Docteur Favre street.
The architectural volume has the bedrooms inside the wood covered façade, this material was chosen by its warmness, the windows and ornamentation escape the monotony drawing, but respect the traditional architecture of this region.
